Randall & Aubin has been providing Londoners with good food since 1908. Continuing the tradition of our founders, our focus is on provenance and taste and we buy daily from selected suppliers to ensure fresh, quality produce.
Our kitchens are overseen by Patron Chef Ed Baines who has a wealth of experience and expertise. Ed trained at The River Cafe and Bibendum early on in his career before working as a chef in Italy and Australia. He then took over the reins as Head Chef at Daphne's in Chelsea, London for 3 years before opening Randall & Aubin. Ed has also appeared on various TV programmes, including 6 years as a judge on ITV's hugely successful 'Britain's Best Dish'.
R&A Catering is owned and operated by Ed Baines and restaurateur Jamie Poulton. We have a dedicated team of professional Chefs, Take Away Co-Ordinators and Event Managers to look after your every catering requirement. Our aim is to deliver restaurant quality dining directly to your home, office or event and we are happy to cater for anything from the delivery of delicious hot office lunches, sandwich boxes for a picnic or working lunch to large parties, events and functions of any description. As a feature to your event we can arrange spectacular seafood on ice displays, Oyster men or Rare Breed Hog Roasts. We take pride in giving careful attention to every detail and work hard to ensure each event that we undertake is tailored to suit your requirements. If needs be, we are more than happy to offer a complete management service from the food to the flowers.
As a company, Randall & Aubin is enthusiastic about the environment and aims to promote sustainability wherever we can. We are a member of The Sustainable Restaurant Association and have been awarded One Star by the SRA. We recycle all of our cardboard, paper, plastic and glass, and wherever possible we source our produce within the UK. All of our delivery containers are fully recyclable and we encourage our customers recycle all packaging.
